Quit Creative Cloud application . End all Adobe related processes from Task Manager . Step 1 : 1 – Open Control Panel. 2 – click on" Appearance and Personalization" option , then select Folder Options from the list of search results. The “Folder Options” window should open. 3 – Select the View tab.

open your cc desktop app > files > open cc sync folder (at page bottom). this is so frustrating - i had to reset my pc - only to find out when i went back to reinstall all my adobe apps that i could not use my local cc sync folder. All in the heat of the moment when i needed my files and missed my dealine to handover.

I had tried some ways that Adobe suggests including delete and download again, fix hosts file, delete the content of OOBE files. However, it still doesn't work for me. May I know do anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hello, my Creative Cloud Desktop application uses 100% of my computer memory (RAM) and then after a few minutes it crashes. I don't find any solution how to solve this. So, for now my adobe application don't get any updates. I already try a full uninstall / cleaning / reinstall with adobe cleaning...

Si j'essaye d'ouvrir directement l'application Creative Cloud sur mon PC, là aussi, impossible de se connecter (erreur 206). Je suis sous Windows 7. J'ai donc : 1/ désactivé mon anti-virus. 2/ changé les paramètres du pare-feu pour autoriser Creative Cloud. 3/ installé et fait tourner le logiciel de réparation du fichier host (0 correction)

Thanks for the quick advice! I think that everything was allright after reboot, as I now realize that when there is no red exclamation mark on the Creative Cloud icon, pressing the icon just takes you the Creative Cloud. I now realize the status messages regarding sync problems etc. are shown besides the icon only when there is a problem.

Jai déjà fait tout ceci : - Désactiver l'antivirus au moment de l'installation. - Réparer le logiciel. - Supprimer l'intégralité des fichiers dans programes files, AppData (Roaming, Local, LocalLow) - etc etc etc. Et à chaque fois ça ne change absolument rien, je reste bloqué à"initialisation de creative cloud"...
